A well thought out business plan helps you think objectively about the key elements of your business venture and informs your decision-making on a regular basis. There are several different business plan forms you can use, depending upon your goals and whether you plan to share it with anyone, such as an investor or lender.

This workshop will help you identify the steps and resources you need to successfully start a business. Discussion will help you be more organized, help generate new ideas and provide a self-assessment of your readiness to take on a new business venture.
