Starting a new, or growing an existing, business requires thought and planning to make sure you reach your goals. A well thought out business plan helps you think objectively about the key elements of your business venture and informs your decision-making on a regular basis. There are several different business plan forms you can use, depending upon your goals and whether you plan to share it with anyone, such as an investor or lender.

This workshop:

• introduces business plans,

• reviews key elements common in most plans,

• instructs how to develop your plan, and

• discusses why a business plan is important.

 

You'll see various business plan options so that you can choose the best one for you. We'll also share resources you can use on your own, and tools, workshops and consulting opportunities available to assist those needing additional help.
