After 8 years in business, Sally Gerbo sought the expertise from the SBDC, in the areas of strategic planning, positioning and developing a marketing outreach effort to continue to build and transition her business.  Having established a solid business, Sally reconnected with the SBDC in 2018, to develop growth strategies, including improved ways to streamline operations and better time management practices.  Over the course of her time working with the SBDC, Her business has grown over 100%, she has established a network of trusted vendors, and she has added over 60 satisfied clients to her portfolio.
