When you first look at a solicitation that you find in SAM.gov it is easy to become overwhelmed with what you see and confused on where to start. This webinar will help you in understanding the format of federal solicitations, how to review them to assist in making a “go-no go decision”, common formats that are used, and how to prepare in putting together a responsive proposal.
