Host and SBDC director, Kelly Bearden will be joined by Dr. Mark Novak, CSUB Dean of the Division Extended Education and Global Outreach. Novak will provide an update on the Bakersfield Food Service Management Training Program that launched in September. Successful completion of the online training will allow a business to apply for a $5,000 or $10,000 grant through the Bakersfield Entrepreneurship Grant Program. 
 
Kelly will also be joined by Jon Urbano, business development manager for Alta One Credit Union. Urbano will discuss 504 loans and the many types of SBA 7a loans for small businesses. 
 
The webinar will begin with information on available capital resources programs, and weather-related disaster assistance for businesses from local, state, and federal governments. 
 
Questions from attendees will be taken.
