Wednesday, October 4th

  • Module 1: Introduction to Bonding

With Special Guest - Tamara Murray (Underwriting Marketing Specialist, Office of Surety Guarantees).

This module will take attendees through the various types of bonds to include performance bonds, payment bonds, surety bonds, and other specialty bonds. The presenter will cover what these bonds are for, why agencies require these bonds, and the first steps to securing bonds.

 

Wednesday, October 11th

  • Module 2: The Bonding Application

This session will focus on walking participants through a bond application, explain the underwriting process, and supporting documents needed for the application.

 

Wednesday, October 18th

  • Module 3: Bonding Expert Panel featuring

Join the experts in an interactive discussion covering topics such as minimum requirements, bonding programs that support small businesses, how to prepare for bonding, and common mistakes small businesses make when applying for bonding.
