This week on Webinar Wednesday we will focus on the Full Time Equivalent (FTE) and explain what we know at this point on one of the more controversial aspects of the Paycheck Protection Program (“PPP”) forgiveness process. We will review provided guidance to this point and get a detailed look at different scenarios facing borrowers. This spreadsheet focused session will deal with the managing aspect of the PPP loan from different perspectives.

We will also provide a weekly update on Kern Recovers PPE program, the Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) any relevant updates to the PPP and a look ahead to reopening guidelines and other pandemic issues.
