Host and SBDC director, Kelly Bearden will be joined by John McFarland, senior vice president of client development at Worklogic HR a Vensure Employer Services Division Partner. McFarland will discuss federal and state law differences regarding COVID-19 vaccines in the workplace. He will also discuss the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) that requires employers to provide paid sick leave and expanded family and medical leave.

Additional topics include updates on PPP loan forgiveness, the Economic Injury Disaster Loan Program, supplemental and targeted EIDL, the need to update employee handbooks and travel policies, and more. Questions from attendees will be taken.
