Host and SBDC director, Kelly Bearden will be joined by Dr. Richard Ryan, an applied economist and assistant professor of economics at CSUB, and Dr. Mark Evans, professor emeritus and former chair of the Economics Department at CSUB. They will discuss aspects of the local economy that affect the small business and energy sectors, plus the connection to the B3K community initiative known as Better Bakersfield & Boundless Kern.
