Labor law and a variety of issues faced by restaurants during the pandemic and after reopening will be the topic of a two-hour webinar presented Friday by the Kern County Black & Hispanic Chambers, Mid State Development Corp., and the Cal State Bakersfield SBDC.

The online webinar will be Friday, Feb. 19 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. The speaker will be Celeste Young-Ramos CEO of the Restaurant Success Center, a 30-year veteran of owning, managing and advising restaurants. She specializes in operations, human resources, and training for national restaurant chains and independent restaurateurs.

Questions from attendees will be taken.
