Join CSU Fresno, and Caltrans District 9 on Wednesday, September 19th, 2019 for a comprehensive DBE certification workshop! Come with all documentation, and leave with your certification application submitted to the City of Ridgecrest, a Caltrans CUCP agency. A notary will be on hand to notarize your application, while our knowledgeable staff manage all of your questions as you fill out your application.
